Our regular office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Facility
We take great pride in our clean and warm environment. Your comprehensive dental care will take place in an ultra-modern dental office utilizing many of today's latest dental technologies, including digital x-rays, intra-oral cameras, computers and TV monitors in each room, interactive patient education, and much more. We use state of the art sterilization procedures to maintain optimum hygienic standards. We also strive to be environmentally responsible, using paperless digital charting, hand towels instead of paper towels, and tooth-colored fillings instead of mercury fillings.

Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at (804) 458-6733. Because we value our patients' valuable time, we do everything we can to be an "on-time" practice, beginning appointments at the scheduled time.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask for twenty-four hours notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee, so that we may offer the appointment to another patient.
Insurance
We accept most forms of dental insurance, and we are "in-network" with Anthem, Delta Dental Premier, and United Concordia (Tri-care). Please feel free to call us if you have questions about your insurance coverage.
Financial
Your portion of payment is due at the time that services are rendered. As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance forms and apply for any reimbursement to your account balance, but you are ultimately responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance. We are happy to give you an estimate of any proposed treatments. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We can also provide payment plans through Care Credit (www.carecredit.com).
